Our workout hydration formula is not only packed in electrolytes, but we've added a blend of ingredients to help you perform better and recover faster.

• Vitamins -> 1,000% vitamin b-12 & 100% vitamin c
• L-Glutamine -> to help with muscle recovery and soreness 
• ZERO Sugar -> sweetened with a small dose of organic stevia
